We understand that buying personalized items online can feel uncertain, so we want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Personalized Products

All our products are made-to-order and personalized with your provided details (such as names, quotes, or custom designs). Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items, except in the case of errors, damage, or defects on our part. 

Return Eligibility
 

You may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Products : If your item arrives damaged or defective,  we offer a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number.
  • Incorrect Customization or Mistakes Made by Us : If we made an error in your personalization (e.g., a typo, wrong design), we will correct it and send you a replacement. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product if you notice any errors.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items :

  • Personalized Name Plates and Wall Decors.
  • Items damaged due to improper care or misuse.
  • Products that are customized with your personal text or design choices (unless incorrect or damaged).
  • Sale or clearance items.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed. The exact time may vary depending on your payment provider.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact us at support@namenart.com or whatsApp Us at 9945972766 within 24 hours of receiving your item. Please include the following information :
  • Your order number.
  • Photos/Videos of the product (showing damage or errors).
  • A description of the issues.
  • Your desired resolution (refund or exchange)
Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.
 

Packaging and Condition for Returns

For all returns, please ensure the item is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Personalized items that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange unless they are defective.  

Cancelling an Order

Once an order has been confirmed and processing has begun, it cannot be canceled as personalized items are made specifically for you. If you need to make changes to your order
